SYNDICATION- Your property will then be syndicated out to 1000’s of other websites that will show your unique property for sale. Full web exposure!
SOCIAL MEDIA – my listings get shared across social media platforms to make sure that anyone who is searching finds tour listing.
EXPERIENCE – My 30 yrs experience will put your listing in front of the right person whether it be a home, condo, investment property or land.
Coupled with a great web presence, property photos are one of my most important marketing features. Great photos are absolutely paramount. Much time is taken to make sure we choose the best photos that depict the property in its best light.

When I develop a marketing campaign for a property listing I stress the lifestyle of owning and living in that particular property. Saying a home is in a great neighborhood isn’t as powerful as showing it. Viewing a video property tour including footage of nearby attractions, museums, shopping and other aspects of a community can inspire a buyer to want to live in the area. Marketing the lifestyle is what sells buyers on homes.

I love to negotiate. It’s the exciting part of my job. Many agents meet with a selling client and they are already negotiating…. their commission. It’s negotiable to them. They may start at 5 or 6% and they may or may not take a lesser amount. I prefer to use my sales and negotiating techniques on buyers and their agents.
Straight Answers
My commission is 4% and I share half of that with any cooperating agent bringing a buyer that leads to a closed transaction.
And… if I bring buyer to the transaction and their is no cooperating broker or referral to pay I can sell your property for 3.5%
This rate includes full web marketing exposure, in person showings, open houses, property brochure, yard sign and full upgraded real estate experience. All the way to the closing!

What Is a Closing? Closing is when the house buyer and seller fulfill all of the agreements made in the sales contract. In more literal terms, it is about the transfer of money and documents so that you, the seller, can transfer ownership and possession of the property free and clear to the buyer.
