When I develop a marketing campaign for a property listing I stress the lifestyle of owning and living in that particular property. Saying a home is in a great neighborhood isn’t as powerful as showing it. Viewing a video property tour including footage of nearby attractions, museums, shopping and other aspects of a community can inspire a buyer to want to live in the area. Marketing the lifestyle is what sells buyers on homes.

I love to negotiate. It’s the exciting part of my job. Many agents meet with a selling client and they are already negotiating…. their commission. It’s negotiable to them. They may start at 5 or 6% and they may or may not take a lesser amount. I prefer to use my sales and negotiating techniques on buyers and their agents.
